Sandy Garcia

Sandy Garcia is the owner of Southwest Real Estate.

Sandy is a Las Vegas native whose family was migrated here in the 30’s, where her grandfather helped build homes for this up and coming city. She has experienced firsthand the growth our great city has had over time and is passionate about her hometown.

Joe moved to Las Vegas from Missouri in the late 70s and found his niche helping real estate buyers and sellers all over the valley beginning in 1978.

In 2000 Sandy partnered with Joe, where together they are great team working to help make buyers and sellers Real Estate experience professional & smooth. They know how to get transactions closed through marketing, contracts, negotiations, short sales, appraisals, inspections, financing and any other possible challenges that may come up. If you want to trade up or down in size or price, or add to your investment portfolio they are who you want to reach out to! Joe & Sandy introduced Property management to their portfolio in 2007 and are now also assisting investors, home owners, and renters.

In January 2024, Sandy's husband and co-owner Joe Garcia, passed away. However, Sandy continues to own and operate Southwest Real Estate.
